Bordeaux is France’s most widely recognized wine region.  Bordeaux produces many of the world’s finest wines.  The reds are produced from wither Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot or Malbec, and are usually a blend of these grapes.  Perfect for pairing with beef and lamb.
